If you have any queries or questions after you have received your tailormade jewellery, please note the following.  

Our warranty provides:

Cover on all manufacturing defects: In the unlikely event that your jewellery has a defect, we will repair the fault at no extra charge, subject to the standard sales terms and conditions. 

Professional ring resizing: Alicia J provides one free complimentary resize within the first 6 months of purchase for all bespoke rings*. Please note Alicia J warranty is void if any third party makes any adjustments or alterations to the ring including resizing. 

Professional jewellery cleaning: Alicia J offers a periodical, complimentary cleaning service with every purchase as required or deemed necessary for 24 months after purchase.  

Alicia J warranty does not cover loss, theft or damage caused by lack of care; therefore, we recommend you read our Jewellery Care Guide and Insure your jewellery. 


*Resizing exclusions: Alicia J provides one complimentary resizing service for all our bespoke rings, excluding rings that are not possible to resize. Rings that have been engraved, feature side stones or have complicated designs will first need to be assessed to identify if resizing is possible. We will discuss this with you within the consultation and design phase and at the time of design finalisation should your ring fall under this category.
